Every time I go there they ask me to come back later , don’t waste your time. Find a better shop

So bad every time I go over there, my hair always hurts for no reason

I came to this place because of the convenience of how close it was to my house. I’m new to the neighborhood so I want to try it out instead of going all the way to the city to see my original hair stylist. Big mistake. The girl (Lily) who cut my hair was nice but she cut my hair super uneven. Giving my trust hair issues again. I won’t be trying someone new ever again and going back to my original hair stylist. I tipped her $10 to be nice but honestly I should of just given a smaller tip. Also when I asked her to make my hairline as straight as possible she didn’t really listen the best. They only speak Spanish there so I recommend not going there if you don’t speak Spanish.

I love this place! Everyone is very professional and friendly. Ely is especially amazing she has a lot of experience and always does a beautiful job. I highly recommend this salon❤️

Went in for what I thought was going to be a root touch up but ended up becoming a 17 hour project. I used to rock a lot of vivids and was just trying to go back to my natural hair color. Vivids are extremely hard to get rid of, understandable. Esme was the one who took care of me and she did a phenomenal job. Ely on the other hand is completely unprofessional. Bad spoken. And belittles the other girls and myself a paying client. I over heard Ely telling Esme “if she doesnt have the money to pay, tell her to leave you her laptop and her phone”. The fact that she thought I didnt have the funds for a service I specifically booked is beyond me. While I was there another client came in with her two daughters. They were all originally getting haircuts but the mom was the only one who ended up getting a service due to pricing which in this economy is completely understandable. Ely gossiped in Spanish so the English speaking client wouldnt understand she was telling the others girls “she cant afford a cut for them”. At some point I clarified, “im over the vivids so anything you can do to color remove would be great. I dont want to be made fun of for this tri-color I have going on.” Ely reassured me in a mocking tone they were already making fun of me and I hadnt noticed. Excuse me?? Shes such a bad spoken individual. Using cuss words to describe her previous night out loud. Esme was lovely and although I want to recommend this spot for her work specifically, their customer service is not their strongest suit. And they’re honestly way to pricey for the location and state of the salon. Feeling judged and made fun of, 17 hours worth of work, color removing treatment, balayage, and $800 later. I do not recommend spot.
